About the Accommodation

These 2 apartments face each other in a house of 3 apartments.

• Studio 2 can accommodate 2 people and is composed of a 160 x 200 bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette.
• Apartment 3 can accommodate 4 people and is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom (1 140 x 190 bed and 1 160 x 200 bed on the mezzanine) - (see 3D plan in the photos and virtual tour below).

The kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave grill), the bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer is at your disposal in each bathroom.

The mezzanine bed is prohibited for children under 10 years old due to difficulty of access.

Sheets and towels are provided as well as some toiletries.

Fiber is installed.

Notes

✩✩Thanks to put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher and starting it before leaving please (tablets are provided). Also, please do not leave wet towels on the bed but put them in the bathroom.

✦ For information, entry to the premises is from 4 p.m. For logistical reasons, an earlier arrival is not possible. Also I couldn't keep your luggage before 4pm because I have no place to keep it, I'm sorry :(

✦ Departure is at 10 am. For logistical reasons, a later departure is not possible.

✩✩ Here are some rules regarding the establishment:

✦ Pets are welcome but please don't let them get on the bed and do anything they wouldn't be allowed to do in your home

✦ For security reasons and for everyone's respect, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (bedroom and stairs). In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, smoking in the studio exposes you to additional billing of €500 taken from the deposit. Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €500 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service.

✦ Parties are not allowed, please respect the quiet between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.

✦ Prostitution is prohibited in this establishment. If there is a suspicion of prostitution, a call to the police will be made immediately,

✦ if you receive guests for the night please let us know as this has an impact on the price of your stay and on local taxes,
