Terms of Use

• As soon as you book, you will receive an email summarizing some information and some house rules. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact us by WhatsApp (+33 7 85 98 78 09) or by email: welcome2chantilly@gmail.com.
  
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. for all apartments. 
• Checkout is at 10 a.m. for all apartments.
• Early arrival and late departure are possible subject to availability. The rate is 10€/hour. Please contact us if you are interested.
  

The reservation is confirmed when we have received your payment on one of these platforms and when the deposit via the Swikly link is registered (the deposit corresponds to a bank imprint. It is an unblocked sum, not debited from your card which allows us to guarantee that your stay goes smoothly).

💲CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

In order to offer you a more competitive rate than on other platforms, we have introduced these cancellation rules:

⏺️ To receive a full refund, cancellation must occur at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

⏺️ If the traveler cancels between 14 and 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, they will receive a payment corresponding to 50% of all the nights reserved.

⏺️ If he cancels after this period (less 14 days before arrival), the entire stay is due.

⏺️ If you want more flexible cancellation conditions, you can find us on Airbnb (this platform will manage your requests. Click on the name of the apartments to open the corresponding advertisement). If you do not wish to communicate your identity document or deposit a deposit, please book via Airbnb. They take care of managing these formalities for you.

• Appart Suites B, 1 bedroom, 1 convertible sofa
• Appart Suites - AB the house: 8 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 terrace
• Studio 1, 1 queen-size bed on the ground floor
• Studio 2, 1 queen-size bed on the 1st floor without elevator
• Studio 3, 1 living room, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed, 1 double bed) on the 1st floor without elevator
• The apartment of la faisanderie (for 6, studio 2 & 3), 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 queen-size beds and 1 double bed (on the 1st floor without elevator)
• The house of la faisanderie  (8 pax) 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 living room, 3 queen-size beds and 1 double bed
• The apartment 3 rooms (5 pax) in front of the station 

In the event of a refund, a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount will be applied.
